Our Journey

Originally from Italy, Marco has traveled the world throughout his academic journey, drawing deeply from the richness of multicultural experiences. As the chief designer of the Rhetoric & Oratoria course and current CEO of Tapie Besana, he brings both vision and precision to the project. Marco is also the co-founder of SpeakElite, where he continues to champion the transformative power of eloquence and education.

Louis is a young entrepreneur from France, driven by a deep passion for rhetoric and the art of speaking with purpose. Having traveled across diverse cultural landscapes, he discovered his calling in empowering the next generation to find their voice. Through his work, originally in SpeakElite, which he co-founded with Marco, he also champions the fight to bring the art of speaking to as many people as possible.

Alejandro is a particularly gifted individual when it comes to people and relationships, with a natural talent for connecting and inspiring those around him. A young investor from California, he has discovered a new passion in the study of rhetoric and oratoria at Tapie Besana, which he has now made his home.

Michał is a talented debater from Poland whose skill and passion quickly set him apart. He was first spotted by the Tapie Besana team during their European tour for the Great Debate competition, held in partnership with ESCP. After winning the London Campus event, he expressed his interest in the venture, and we are proud to now count him among us.
